All products are handcrafted in small batches. Availability may vary and some items may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the natural ingredients used (including essential oils), slight variations in colour or scent may occur between batches.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through the available payment options at checkout.

Once an order is confirmed and paid, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct before completing your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Portugal (mainland and islands).
Shipping times are estimated at 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
During peak periods or special releases, delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience with our small-batch, artisanal process.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in perfect condition for resale.
Returns due to damage or error must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, imagery, logos, product names, and designs — is the intellectual property of Censae Studio Unipessoal Lda. Reproduction or use without permission is not allowed.
