1. Are your candles 100% natural?

Yes. Every Censae candle is hand-poured using vegan ingredients and pure essential oils — with no chemicals or added pigments. We honour the natural colour that each blend brings to the wax, making every candle truly unique.

2. What is your production and shipping time?

We work in small batches of 24 units per blend, crafted with care and intention. Orders are shipped within 48 working hours after purchase.

3. Can I offer a Censae candle as a gift?

Absolutely. You can select our handmade gift wrap option, embroidered and stitched by our partner team at Bengie project. Each wrap is unique and made with love.
It’s also reusable — and what it becomes next is entirely up to your creativity.

4. How should I care for my candle?

  • Let the wax melt evenly across the surface before blowing out

  • Trim the wick to 5mm before each use

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended

  • Avoid placing it where there are air drafts, as this may cause the flame to lean to one side

  • Always place it on a heat-resistant surface

5. Are the glass containers reusable?

Yes! Our glass jars are recyclable and reusable — they can become a holder for your toothbrush and toothpaste, a drinking glass, or a decorative item. You can even collect the different Censae jars and bring them to the table as unique water glasses.

6. How do I know which candle is right for me?

We invite you to read the meaning behind each blend and choose the one that resonates most with you:

  • CURAE – for restoration and care

  • PAUSE – for relaxation and stillness

7. Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship within Portugal (mainland and islands). International shipping will be available soon.

8. Do you accept custom or event orders?

Yes, we do! Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event or a personal celebration, we’re happy to create something special.
We also offer the possibility of custom and exclusive blends, created with intention and in alignment with your moment or brand.
